As you walk through the doors of Track 61’s Sinatra Coffee Lounge, you are immediately greeted with smiling faces, upbeat music and the fresh smell of espresso.
The Sinatra Bar offers a variety of pastries, coffee and espresso shots, along with bottomless mimosa for those who are feeling adventurous in the morning.
The lounge also offers avocado toast and an Acai bowl that mixes Greek yogurt, fresh fruit and granola into a delightful yet refreshing breakfast option.
“We try to get as natural as we can get,” said Brooke Krizbai, owner of Track 61.
For their espresso, the lounge uses Italian Lavazza beans. They also use Grounds and Hounds Coffee for the morning cup of joe, which donates 20 percent of its proceeds to second chance animal rescues.
Krizbai ties in local art to the space, with works by Bradley Gordon and the lounge’s general manager, Pablo Corona.
“[The lounge] has a metro feel where you sit down with a cup of espresso and enjoy the space,” Corona said.
Customers can rent the space for special events for $250 which provides a private bartender, bathrooms and patio space.
The Sinatra Bar is open Tuesday-Saturday from 7:30 a.m. until noon.
