YMCA Open in Oxford
New facility replaces Baptist HealthPlex.
The YMCA of Memphis and the Mid-South recently took over the lease for the former Baptist HealthPlex from Baptist North Mississippi. The facility reopened as the YMCA in the Mid-Town Shopping Center location on North Lamar Boulevard earlier this month.
Offerings are similar to those of the former HealthPlex and include workout facilities, personal trainers, childcare, exercise classes such as aerobics, pilates, spin, zumba, and more. The new Y also has a new entertainment system and wireless internet service.
