Video: NewsWatch Reveals Oxford Police Fatigue Post-GameDay

Our readers may be familiar with our near-weekly postings of Oxford police department’s traffic plans for game day weekend in Oxford. This bye weekend, we decided to honor that weekly posting but with NewsWatch 99’s feature video on how the Oxford police department is after game day weekends.
NewsWatch reporter Bailey Braseth reported on the Oxford police’s exhaustion post-game day weekends.

NewsWatch is a live student-run broadcast that airs from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays on Channel 99. The 30-minute show is the only local newscast generating news directly to and for Ole Miss, Oxford and Lafayette County. The broadcast is repeated each evening at 10 p.m. on Channel 99.
