Smoky (and extremely tasty) Trails
I’m back on the road collecting cured meat stories in Eastern Tennessee and Kentucky. Naturally, my first stop was a visit to Allan Benton of Benton’s Smoky Mountain Country Hams. I drove away with a heart full of gratitude and a trunk full of bacon, country ham, and prosciutto.
