The annual Ole Miss Parade of Beauties packed the house at the Gertrude Ford Center on Wednesday evening –– showcasing the most beautiful girls on campus, just as it has for the past 63 years.

The 2013 event featured 76 girls sponsored by fraternities, sororities, campus organizations, friends and family, all competing for the title of Most Beautiful. Memphis native Kyndal Hayes was crowned Most Beautiful 2013, and will go on to compete in the Miss University pageant later this year.

Among the girls making the top ten were: Mary Clair Hamner, Courtney Welsh, Amelie Davis, Morgan Lindsey Burnett, Samatha Pettus, Regan Looser, Katie Kaiser, France Bear, Rivers Countiss and Paris Crawford.

Presented by the Student Programming Board and run by the Department of Campus Programming, the pageant has been a stepping stone to national fame and recognition for campus lovelies since 1950. That year, Janelle Green was chosen Most Beautiful, following in 1955 by Mary Ann Mobley, who went on to wear the Miss America crown in 1959.
