The Ole Miss men and women golf teams accomplished a feat that has been done in more than three decades: both teams earned tournament victories on the same day.

The Ole Miss women’s team won its second consecutive tournament Tuesday at the Illini Invitational. The Rebels posted the second-best team in school history with a 30-under par 834 score. Caitlyn Macnab shot 9-under to tie for third, leading a set of three Rebels in the top 10.

The Ole Miss men’s team won the Hamptons Intercollegiate with a 20-stroke victory (285-269-284-838 [-26]). Four Rebels placed in a tie for fourth or better, with Michael La Sasso capturing first-place individually in the tournament with 15-under par.
