Ole Miss Fan Central Comes to New Highland Court Shopping Center
The development of Highland Court, located at 1801 West Jackson Ave., brings a one-stop shop for Rebel fans to pick up game tickets, renew season tickets, buy spirit wear and even make donations to the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation.
David Blackburn’s residential and commercial development company, the Blackburn Group, is responsible for the construction of Highland Court, which is expected to open this spring. Randal Commercial Group is the brokerage representing the Blackburn Group on this project.
The 48,000-square-foot development consists of four free standing buildings, patios and a green space. According to Blackburn, customers are presented with a unique experience of shopping, dining and relaxing in a fashionable atmosphere that is fitting to the Oxford market.
Highland Court’s Ole Miss Fan Central is home to the Lids Sports Group. The shop is located just west of an entrance to the Ole Miss campus, making it a convenient stop for fans to pick up tickets and t-shirts on the way to all Rebel sporting events. In addition, Ole Miss IMG Sports Marketing will be housed at Ole Miss Fan Central and serve as a headquarters for the Rebel’s cooperate partnership and multi-media rights.
Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina, Boneheads Grilled Fish and Piri Piri Chicken, Gould’s Day Spa & Salon, and Hot Yoga Plus, along with other diverse tenants, will also be located in the development.
