Ole Miss finalized its 2014-15 schedule Friday, as the Southeastern Conference office announced the 2015 league slate.
The Rebels will play five home-and-home games, four home games and four road games as part of the 18-game league schedule. Ole Miss’ five home-and-home opponents this season are Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, LSU and Mississippi State, with all 18 league games televised as part of the SEC’s TV contract with ESPN.
Ole Miss opens SEC play on the road for the 13th time in the last 17 years Jan. 6 at Kentucky (SEC Network, 6 p.m.). The Rebels open home SEC action Jan. 10 against South Carolina (FSN, TBD) before hosting the LSU Tigers on Jan. 14 (SEC Network, 6 p.m.).
Back-to-back road games at Arkansas on Jan. 17 (ESPNU, TBD) and at Georgia on Jan. 20 (SEC Network, 6 p.m.) are up next before the Rebels host Florida on Jan. 24 (SEC Network, TBD) and Mississippi State on Jan. 28 (SEC Network, 8 p.m.) at home. Ole Miss closes out the month of January at Missouri on Jan. 31 (FSN, TBD) and opens February versus Texas A&M on Feb. 4 (SEC Network, 6 p.m.).
The Rebels hit the road for three of their next four games at Auburn on Feb. 7 (SEC Network, TBD), at Florida on Feb. 12 (ESPN/2, 6 p.m.) and at Mississippi State on Feb. 19 (ESPN/2, 8 p.m.) with a Feb. 14 home contest versus Arkansas (SEC Network, TBD) in-between. Ole Miss will host Tennessee on Feb. 21 (ESPNU, TBD) and Georgia on Feb. 25 (SEC Network, 8 p.m.) before closing out the month on the road at LSU on Feb. 28 (FSN, TBD).
Ole Miss opens March on the road at Alabama on March 3 (SEC Network, 6 p.m.) before the regular-season finale at home March 7 against Vanderbilt (SEC Network, TBD). The SEC Tournament will be held in Nashville, Tennessee, March 11-15.
The Rebels’ non-conference slate includes games with NCAA Tournament teams Creighton, Coastal Carolina, Dayton, Oregon and a possible matchup against Cincinnati.
Ole Miss opens the 2014-15 season at home Nov. 14 against Charleston Southern before hitting the road for a game at Troy on Nov. 17.
The Rebels will host a pair of games against Southern (Nov. 20) and Northern Arizona (Nov. 25) as part of the inaugural 2014 Emerald Coast Classic, before traveling to Niceville, Florida, to face Creighton in the semifinals Nov. 28. A finals matchup versus Cincinnati or Middle Tennessee awaits the Rebels the next day.
Ole Miss will return home Dec. 4 to host TCU in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge before hitting the road again for a cross-country game at Oregon on Dec. 7. The Rebels host a pair of games at the Tad Pad versus Western Kentucky (Dec. 13) and Coastal Carolina (Dec. 17), followed by a neutral site game in Southaven, Mississippi, against Southeast Missouri (Dec. 21).
Following a nine-day holiday break, the Rebels travel to Dayton on Dec. 30 to face the Flyers, who advanced to the NCAA Elite Eight a year ago, before wrapping up the non-conference portion of their schedule Jan. 3 at home against Austin Peay.
Season tickets are on sale now and packages begin at just $225 for 16 home games including nine SEC contests. Fans can purchase season tickets at OleMissTix.com. For more information on a payment plan option, please call the Ole Miss Ticket Office at (662) 915-7167 or1-888-732-8587.

I am the secretary of the Plains Paradise Chamber and I too am wondering just how you got this domain. Our official Plains Paradise Chamber of Commerce website is plainsmtchamber.org. We continually post all events and other info for our area. Planning a visit? Check us out. Thanks!

Have had an amazing week – and I now know why people don’t really talk about Aurora. It’s a huge overwhelming exhilarating personal experience, and it’s really hard to talk about it!

Right here is the perfect site for everyone who wishes to understand this topic. You understand a whole lot its almost tough to argue with you (not that I really will need to…HaHa). You definitely put a brand new spin on a subject that has been written about for a long time. Great stuff, just great!

You say that the googlebot accepts gzip …Let’s say a website’s homepage is 300k sans-gzip before all images, etc — kinda big. Post-gzip, it is 18k plus images — much better for the user.As far as I can tell, the Google-reported “size” is 300k in the SERPs. Why isn’t the page listed at 18k provided that gzip is enabled and working properly?FWIW, this is, obviously, a real world example about a site of mine. The site has been re-indexed a few times since gzip was enabled, so I know that is not the problem. Thanks for the post. 🙂

I’m disappointed but not entirely surprised. I’m guessing they’ve got themselves into a QA nightmare. Lets hope there is not some fundamental issue that has come up in testing. My issue now is whether garmin will go ahead and release the edge 500 update to support TSS and NP. I hope so and soon.

Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is valuable and everything. But think of if you added some great images or videos to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this blog could certainly be one of the best in its niche. Fantastic blog!

I like how many of your pictures speak without speaking and as an amateur I am trying to learn how to do the same…. Not for profit or anything of the like…. I just want to learn to capture better family moments the way you and other artists seem to do so effortlessly. Thanks for opening this up to everyone 🙂
