Living Music Resource Hosts Fundraiser Featuring UM Pitcher Brady Bramlett
On Monday, March 28, Ole Miss student/athlete and singer Brady Bramlett will be the featured performer at the Living Music Resource fundraising event, “He’s Got Great Pitch.”
Funds raised at the event will help ensure that all music events sponsored by UM’s Living Music Resource will remain free and open to everyone. In addition to Bramlett, the evening will include performances by the Mississippians Jazz Band, member of the Ole Miss Choir, string and brass players, piano and solo vocalists.
Living Music Resource (LMR) was created by UM Associate Professor Nancy Maria Balach and brings top performers and pedagogues in the field of music to Oxford for various types of student run events (live stream interviews, master classes, concerts, et cetera).
LMR makes a point of including various UM departments, the Oxford community, and other institutions of higher learning. Online viewers to LMR have included all 50 states and over 70 different countries.
LMR’s mission is to make Oxford the portal for this innovative and 21st Century approach to music research, performance and interaction.
Tickets for the event are limited and must be purchased ahead of time through the UM Foundation: UMFoundation/LMR
