Crime ReportOxford police responded to the following calls: Domestic violence, noise violation, two alarms, malicious mischief, petit larceny, lost property, three civil matters, two 911 hang ups, suspicious activities, three illegally parked cars, fire dept. assist.
Oxford police investigated no wrecks, issued 23 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:
Improper Equipment, No Driver’s License & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Speeding, No Insurance & Possession of Fake ID
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Two accidents, three alarms, animal complaint, two disturbances, domestic violence, petit larceny, harassment, four service calls, two suspicious activities, two welfare concerns, scam, two transports, civil matters, three traffic complaint.

Oxford Fire Department: 
Cooking activated the smoke detector at apt 112 Canterbury Crest.
General alarm malfunction no cause at apt. 41 Effie Circle.
Someone pulled the fire alarm in the gym of Bramlett Elementary.
Wreck with no entrapment on Hwy. 6 east.
