Registration Open Soon For NWCC Fall Classes
Registration for the fall semester at Northwest Mississippi Community College is just around the corner.
Open registration and orientation for day classes for students who have not previously registered will be held on Thursday, Aug. 14 and Friday, Aug. 15 on all Northwest campuses. Open registration for evening classes will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 12 and Wed., August 13.
Open registration for day classes will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the DeSoto and Oxford campuses, and from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the Senatobia campus. Open registration for evening classes will be held from 4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. on all three campuses. On the Senatobia campus, registration will be held in the Haraway Center. Pre-registered students will complete their registration process on campus on Tuesday, Aug. 12 and Wednesday, Aug. 13. Students may register for online classes at any time during the college’s registration period.
Classes begin on Aug. 18. Late registration will begin Aug. 18 and end Aug. 22.
Terry Bland, director of Financial Aid announced that Financial Aid workers will be in the Haraway Center, Room 104, and on the other campuses to assist students with financial aid questions during registration. On the Senatobia campus, Financial Aid workers will be in the Haraway Center during registration from Aug. 12-15, but will return to their office in Yalobusha Hall, Suite 103 on Aug. 18.
As of this date, all Northwest residence halls are full, and there is a waiting list, according to the Northwest Housing office.
