Sister-In-Law Remembers Carl Lockhart

Hottytoddy.com received the following letter from the sister-in-law of Carl (Buddy) Lockhart who died last October in a tragic crash on Highway 6.

He was a great guy and wonderful Dad and husband.  He is very missed each day. Please keep his family in mind in prayers. We are all devastated and trying to heal. I can say he was a really fun and neat guy. He was 15 when I first met him and saw him grow into a good man. I love all of his family and hope each day gets better for them. His parents, sister and brother are going day by day. Thanks again for the people of Oxford for everything.
