Rebel Roundup, September 25: Women’s Basketball Announces Non-SEC Games

Oxford, Miss. – Ole Miss’s women’s basketball team announced its non-conference schedule Tuesday that includes a pair of international trips.

The Rebels will open the 2024-2025 season in Paris against USC in the 2024 Aflac Oui-Play on Nov. 4. It’ll be the 17th time a men’s or women’s collegiate basketball game took place in Europe.

After returning to from Paris, the Rebels will play three games. The Rebels will play Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Nov. 10 and Jackson State on Nov. 18 at their home court. They’ll travel to Delaware State on Nov. 14.

  • Ole Miss volleyball’s Cammy Niesen was selected as the SEC’s Co-Defensive Player of the Week. Last week, Niesen became the 16th Rebel to reach 1,000 career digs after registering 58 digs and 13 assists in three matches over the weekend.
  • Ole Miss men’s tennis Noah Schlagenhauf racked up four singles wins at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla. The Nuertingen, Germany native is now 7-1 on the season.
