Lafayette County Man Charged With Stealing, Wrecking Car
The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested a local man Saturday for grand theft auto.

According to reports, investigators with the sheriff’s department took a report on Jan. 27 that alleged Kelvin Jarrett, 42, of Oxford took a vehicle and then wrecked it.
A warrant was issued for his arrest. He was picked up on Saturday by LCSD investigators and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $10,000 bond.
