Deputies made the following arrests:

University Police Department investigated three wrecks and the following reports:
1 disturbance
2 ambulances needed
UPD made the following arrests:
1 possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on the wrong side of the road
1 public drunk
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
2:16 a.m. – 100 U Club Cove – general alarm malfunctions
10:03 & 10:10 a.m. – Gus’s Fried Chicken – employees forgot to turn the exhaust fan on
2:13 p.m. – 1412 East Jackson Ave. – workers had disconnected a smoke detector causing it to activate
3:52 p.m. – Pi Beta Phi house – cooking activated a smoke detector
4:51 p.m. – 180 Eagle Point Dr. – subject with chest pains – monitored vitals until EMS arrived
8:51 p.m. – University Avenue/ South 18th St. – caller advised a transformer was sparking, nothing found
3:22 a.m. Thursday – Natural Products Rm. 3011 – smoke detector malfunction
