The Memphis Express is offering free tickets to any college student with a valid I.D. to the game versus the San Diego Fleet at the Liberty Bowl Stadium this Saturday. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m.
Memphis is off to a shaky start this season with an 0-3 record. Coach Mike Singletary made the announcement early in the week that Zach Metenburg will get the start over Christen Hackenburg.
The Express lost a hard-fought game to Orlando 21-17 in week three of the season.
The Express has 22 former players from the Southeastern Conference members on their squad including four former Rebels on the roster. The four former Ole Miss standouts are wide receiver Damore’ea Stringfellow, offensive guard Daronte Bouldin, offensive tackle Christian Morris and linebacker DeMarquis Gates.
San Diego is 2-1 to start the season. The Fleet quarterback Philip Nelson has been the starter for the past two weeks ago. San Diego has outscored its opponents 55-23.
To gain entrance into the game just show your I.D. at gates 2 and 3.
