Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made two arrests on Circuit Court warrants and investigated the following reports:

University Police Department conducted five traffic stops and investigated the following reports:
1 ambulance assist
1 suspicious vehicle
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
4 p.m. – North Lamar YMCA area – male having seizures – FD provided first aid and stood by for EMS
3:24 a.m. (Jan. 3) – Lafayette Place 4017B – baby having difficulty breathing; baby was crying upon arrival – stood by for EMS
5 a.m. (Jan. 3) – 1507 White Oak Lane – trouble breathing and chest pains – monitored vitals until EMS arrived
