Alarms, Suspicious Activities, and More in Today's Crime Report

Oxford police responded to the following calls: 911 hang up, seven alarms, careless driving, fire department, joyriding, two K9 search, malicious mischief, five suspicious activity, two suspicious person, suspicious vehicle, theft from a motor vehicle, three welfare concerns.
Oxford police investigated  one accident, 56 tickets and made the following arrest:
DUI 3rd, No Driver’s License
DUI 1st, Failure to Yield
Two Possessions of controlled substance
Open container, speeding, No Insurance
Warrant served, Suspended Driver’s License, Felony Possession of Marijuana
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Accident, three alarms, animal complaint, four disturbances, malicious mischief, four service calls, three suspicious activities, three welfare concerns, two transports, information, two follow up, four civil matters, natural cause of death.
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made one arrests
Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, MDOC warrant
Oxford Fire Department:
Will be released on Tuesday
