Civil Matter, DUI's and More in Today's Crime Report

Oxford police responded to the following calls: Three alarms, ambulance assist, animal complaint, careless driving, civil matter, two disturbing the peace, two domestic disturbance, two fire department assist, two k9 search, motorist assist, noise violation, petit larceny, shoplifting, two suspicious activity, three suspicious persons, two suspicious vehicles, two welfare concerns.
Oxford police investigated five accidents, 65 tickets and made the following arrest:

DUI 1st, Speeding, MIP, Fake ID
Fake ID, Disturbing the Peace, Failure to Comply with Officers

2 Shoplifting
Simple Assault
Warrant Served
Warrant Served, Possession of Paraphernalia
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Two alarms, residential burglary, disturbance, domestic violence, juvenile complaint, four service calls, three suspicious activities, three welfare concerns, five transports, trespassing, traffic complaint.
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made one arrests

Oxford Fire Department:
Thursday’s report will be released on Monday.
University Police: Four vehicle stops, malicious mischief, ambulance needed, assist with traffic, possession of paraphernalia.
