Trezevant Realty Brings New Executive Office Suites to Oxford

Up to 26 executive suits are now available for leasing at Parkway Centre Business Suites in Oxford, according to John Trezevant of Trezevant Realty.
The new office building, presently in phase one of a two-phase process, is located within the Parkway Centre professional complex, located at 2692 West Oxford Loop, facing the northern edge of Oxford Galleria II.
Parkway Centre Business Suites provides the perfect setup for small businesses and offers all the right amenities, Trezevant says. Tenants have the option to lease multiple suites tied together for a complete office environment while enjoying amenities such as shared conference and break rooms, restrooms and ample parking in a controlled environment.

The first phase has already attracted professional tenants, such as attorneys, insurance executives, counselors and mortgage brokers. It’s also home to the Oxford branch of Trezevant Realty Corporation, where Jennifer Marascalco oversees sales, leasing and operations for TRC’s Oxford projects.
Phase one opened Sept. 1. Plans for phase two are currently underway, and construction will begin in the immediate future.

The suites range in size from 150 to 180 square feet, and the remainder are being offered at $700 per month, which includes the amenities described above, all utilities, WiFi and unique keypads to each office that can be assessed remotely.
Trezevant credits Memphis architect Kui-Mew Wong with the design of the building along with Oxford contractor Bennett Hill and his team at Strawhat Properties with the beautiful construction. The attractive setting features decorative lighting, exposed brick walls and cedar beams, and a conference room with floor-to-ceiling glass and sliding barn doors. Trezevant notes tthe acoustics are superior, further enhancing the quality of this professional environment.
