Oxford's William Alias III Sells Security Card Services To BluePay

Security Card Services (SCS), founded in Oxford, has been purchased by BluePay. CEO of SCS, William Alias III, is a native of Clarksdale, Mississippi and founded SCS back in 1995 after graduating from Ole Miss. What began as a check collection business expanded into multiple areas over the years including credit card processing, charge-off receivables, and auto finance. SCS is also the nation’s largest bank-only merchant services provider.

BluePay, an integrated payment technology provider and the only merchant processing solution endorsed by the American Bankers Association, is pleased to announce it has acquired Security Card Services (SCS), the nation’s largest bank-only merchant services provider.
This combination provides SCS’ bank partners and merchants with access to BluePay’s award-winning integrated payment processing technology, while adding significant distribution and human capital scale to BluePay’s financial institution sales channel.

    Ethernet doesn’t have a valid IP configuration error is cause because DHCP is unable to get a valid IP Address from your NIC.
