A crowd of 60,000+ filled the Oxford Square for the 22nd annual Double Decker Arts Festival. Some of those in attendance decided to bring their furry friends along for the fun, whether it was for the dog costume contest or just for companionship. Double Decker is an amazing festival, and there were dogs all over, which makes any event better in my book.
