Warrant Served, Harassment And More In Today's Crime Report

Oxford police responded to the following calls: Two petit larcenies, five alarms, three suspicious activities, harassing phone calls, two disturbances, credit card fraud, false pretense, two forgeries, civil matter, two malicious mischiefs, welfare concern, reported DUI driver.
Oxford police investigated six wrecks, issued 21 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:

Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Accident, two alarms, three animal complaints, five disturbances, juvenile complaint, malicious mischief, six service calls, five suspicious activities, scam, four transports, civil matters, follow up, traffic complaint.
Lafayette Sheriff’s department made one arrests

Oxford Fire Department: 
Shower steam activated smoke detector at Northgate apt 202.
Cooking activated the smoke detector at 407 Country Club.
Steam in basement activated the smoke detector at Natural Products.
Too had the alarm reset upon arrival.
Water dripping into the detector at 101 Taylor Bend apt. 201.
Smoke detector malfunction at Sigma Pi room number 302.
University Police: Harassment, seven vehicle stops, vandalism to vehicle, loud music, ambulance needed, accident hit and run, property damage, assist with traffic, malicious mischief, suspicious vehicle, petit larceny, grand larceny, intoxicated person.
