Brown Family's Farm Passion Carries On To Next Generation

Published

*Submitted by Paula Brown. Brown and her husband, Billy Ray, who own a local farm known as Brown Family Dairy.

This is Harris. Our youngest. 10 years old. He is all boy as you can see the mud on his face and chest. Friends gave him a lamb on Tuesday to bottle raise. He feeds him before school and after school. Harris had been riding his bike in the muddiest places in the pasture and the little lamb followed him. I was milking cows and Harris came in, sat on a bucket and fed his lamb. We have a couple of cows that always come back for a second helping of feed. This is where Milkshake comes in. It’s the cutest picture. And it tells the life of a boy growing up on a farm perfectly.
