Oxford police responded to the following calls: Three disturbing the peace, five alarms, four welfare concerns, two animal complaints, three petit larceny, four suspicious vehicles, two malicious mischief, fire department assist, 911 hang-up, credit card fraud, two simple assualt, improper parking, reported DUI, ambulance assist, elderly assist.

Oxford police investigated Seven motor vehicle collisions, 31 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charge:
Warrant Served
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Lafayette Sheriff’s department responded to the following incidents: Two alarms, auto burglary, three disturbances, three domestic violence, two service calls, four suspicious activities, three welfare concerns, transport, two civil matters, utility theft, vehicle fire, credit card fraud.

Lafayette Sheriff’s department made arrests on the following charge:
(3)Domestic violence, simple assault
Domestic violence, aggravated assault, arson

Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
Assisted EMS at 102 Barlew Lane.
Fire alarm activated while working on a heating unit at Goodwill.
A steam table in dining room activated the smoke detector at the Pi Kappa Phi house.
Smoke detector malfunction downstairs at 200 Washington Ave. #14.
