Are you ready to join the movement to stop hunger at the University of Mississippi? Your contribution is the solution!
Ole Miss Women’s Council for Philanthropy scholars invite you to join their effort to fight hunger by contributing to the Grove & Give food drive. This exciting event will help the Ole Miss Food Bank restock its shelves and continue to provide nutritional support to the Ole Miss community. Check the list below for the most needed items.
Drop off your gift of food or hygiene products at the Union Plaza or the Alumni House prior to the Ole Miss vs. Mississippi State football game on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016.

Importance of the Ole Miss Food Bank
As recent as four years ago, UM faculty and staff often kept food and other products in their offices and classrooms to help students who were struggling with their nutrition and hygiene. Dining Services contributed meal tickets to those in need, and some professors would buy their students’ meals. But, these efforts only served as a temporary fix for a greater problem.
In November 2012, the Ole Miss Food Bank opened, meeting the nutritional health and hygiene needs of the Ole Miss community in a more permanent way.
To continue this vital service, the Ole Miss Food Bank needs your financial support; the Ole Miss Food Bank relies exclusively on support from volunteers and donors to keep its doors open.

Ole Miss Athletics Million Meals Challenge
