My Heavenly Creations, Shalene Weddle, Olive Branch, MS
My Heavenly Creations started in 2011 as a hobby making natural, handcrafted soaps by Shalene Weddle. After a suggestion from her best friend to sell them at the Southaven Flea Market, Weddle entered into her first market event. Much to Weddle’s surprise, they sold out of everything. From there, they were chosen to participate in the first MemFix event with a storefront. In 2013, My Heavenly Creations was chosen out of 35 applicants to be one of the first five MemShop tenants on the historical Broad Avenue Art District.
After closing the storefront on Broad Avenue in the summer of 2015; Weddle decided to focus more on growing the business with online orders, social media, word of mouth, wholesale customers and craft/trade shows. The business continued to see growth with a supportive client base. In March 2016, a new business partner who believed in the benefits of using the products, came on board to focus on the sales aspect of the business so Weddle could focus more on product innovation.
My Heavenly Creations offers all natural handcrafted soaps, soy wax candles, spa body and home products.
