Ole Miss Barnes & Noble Launches Relocation Sale
The Ole Miss Barnes & Noble campus store will be relocating to the Jackson Avenue Center this coming December during the Student Union renovation phases.
Currently located on the first and second floors of the Student Union on campus, Barnes & Noble will be making their move in anticipation of the upcoming Spring 2017 semester.
Their Relocation Sale has kicked off with 25 percent off all Polo Ralph Lauren Merchandise. Donned with the official Ole Miss logo, these make the perfect fashion statement for the last few Football games of the 2016 season.
Also in the Relocation Sale is 50% all clearance. On the racks, you can find select Ole Miss T-shirts, polos, baseball caps, pullovers and much more.
The featured Barnes & Noble item of the month are the new Woolly Threads. They come in gray and dark gray and feature the collegiate Ole Miss and University of Mississippi logos. While the cooler months are approaching, these are perfect for weekend loungewear while keeping your Rebel school spirit.
The ‘Pack N Go’ jackets have been a game day favorite for Ole Miss fans. Easy to pack into a small pouch and throw in a bag, the water resistant jacket is great for busy game weekends. The jackets come in navy and red, and both have the embroidered Ole Miss logos.
The relocated Barnes & Noble will officially open around December 14, 2016, and offer all the same services that they do now. One change will be the Starbucks, where there will be a self-serve coffee bar instead. Soft drinks, snacks, and a Keurig will be available for students to stop in on their way to campus to have a snack.
One exciting aspect of the temporary location will be plenty of parking. Currently located in the Student Union, most students or faculty have to park in their designated parking areas surrounding the campus in order to visit the store. At the Jackson Avenue Center, there is convenient parking right out front. Barnes & Noble will also still be operating their price matching system for textbooks.
The O.U.T. bus Brown line picks up and drops off at the Jackson Avenue Center from Monday – Friday 7 A.M. – 7:15 P.M. Stops include the Jackson Avenue Center, Paris-Yates Chapel, Cross Drive and Union (behind ROTC building).
