For every $1 donated, a small American Flag will be placed in the front yard of the houses as a memorial to those who died in the tragic terrorist attacks of September 11.
Formed in the aftermath of Tuesday, September 11, 2001, Tuesday’s Children is a response and recovery organization that supports youth, families, and communities impacted by terrorism and traumatic loss.

Co-Chairs Dion Kevin and Matt Bolton are organizers of the event.

Kevin, a junior and Public Policy Leadership and Pre-Med major, says the flags serve as a poignant symbol of remembrance.

“I think it would be great if we made it a campus-wide event and got every Greek house involved,” Kevin said.

Kevin told HottyToddy.com 2977 flags are placed in the various yards in honor of the men and women who died on 9/11.

With three days left in the campaign, $1675.00 has been raised.
