Fred Pinion Offers Customer Satisfaction, Quality Insurance

Freddie Pinion and his wife Melanee, own an insurance company called Alfa Insurance here in Oxford, Mississippi. They offer home, auto, and life insurance.

“Our clients get what they deserve and that’s great coverage and better customer service,” Pinion said.

As an agent he feels that his business is known for his great customer service because he treats his clients like his own family and handles all claims personally.

Pinion said, “It makes me happy to make our customers happy. They have my cell number as well as my wife’s number and they know to call whenever they need me.”

As a Clarksdale, Mississippi native, Pinion says that he chose to move here when he left the U.S. Army to work as a registered nurse. In 2001, he opened his Alfa Insurance Company in Oxford, Mississippi because he has always loved it here. He and his wife are huge Rebel fans.

“It’s funny that I’ve been keeping up with the Rebels since I was a child and now I take my twins to the games with me. Its just a great place to be,” Pinion said.

Last year, Pinion was named Agent of the Year in Mississippi and Georgia. He hopes that this achievement moves him one step closer to the Hall of Fame.
