The Retreat At Oxford Adding 108 Units That Will Open This Fall
In keeping pace with Ole Miss enrollment trends and the projected growth of Oxford, The Retreat At Oxford will have 108 additional units in time for the opening of school this fall.
Located at 2405 Anderson Road, the original complex had 160 units. The new units will back up the original complex, although it will have an entrance at 105 Anchorage Road.
The Retreat offers a wide range of amenities, including a large pool with a clubhouse, a fitness room, an outdoor grill area and a shuttle service to the University of Mississippi campus.
The complex offers two to five bedroom units ranging in pricing from $595 to $735 per student a month. In addition to offering employment to select students, The Retreat provides a roommate matching service.
