The Powerhouse hosts it but Knit1 produces and maintains the annual Oxford Fiber Arts Festival; you know, the one that is set to kick off on Thursday, January 28 at the hub for all things “artsy” in our community.

The festival, one of the most popular in the L-O-U community, will be held through Saturday, January 30.

The popular annual festival is touted as “an annual event that celebrates the independent fiber artists who keep many time-honored handcrafts alive.”

According to the YAC website: For over five years, the festival has become one of the major winter events in Oxford; one that draws vendors and attendees from across the region. It is a family-friendly festival with a significant education component that includes children’s arts classes and over two dozen workshops.
