Vassallo: Rebels Return to Top Ten, Favorite by 11 over Hogs

Following the 27-19 win on the road at Auburn, Ole Miss finds itself at number 10 in this week’s ESPN Football Power Index rankings.
Looking at the SEC leaders, here’s how it currently stacks up:
What the above is saying to us is the probability exists that LSU will lose to both Alabama and Ole Miss while the toughest remaining game left for the Rebels is likely State. This index could serve as a major blessing for the Rebs should they win out!
Here’s how Vegas sees this week coming out:
- State 7 over Missouri (Thursday)
- Alabama 7 over LSU
- Tennessee 16 over South Carolina
- Texas A&M 7.5 over Auburn
- Florida 20 over Vanderbilt
- Georgia 14 over Kentucky
- And,our Ole Miss Rebels 11 over Arkansas
