Game Time Set for Memphis Game 11 a.m. on ABC
The Ole Miss Rebels’ Oct. 17 road game against the Memphis Tigers will kick off at 11 a.m. CT and be televised nationally on ABC.
The matchup at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium could feature a pair of nationally ranked teams. Ole Miss (4-1, 2-1 Southeastern Conference) is No. 13 in this week’s Amway coaches poll and 14th in the Associated Press poll. The Rebels host New Mexico State for Homecoming this Saturday (11 a.m., SEC Network).
Memphis (5-0, 2-0 American Athletic Conference) entered the coaches poll at No. 25 this week and has a bye before welcoming the Rebels to town.
The game will be the Rebels’ first appearance on ABC since Sept. 6, 2008 at Wake Forest and the 32nd time in program history. It will be the Rebels’ first game on a national broadcast network other than CBS since the 2010 Cotton Bowl against Oklahoma State (FOX).
Ole Miss will experience an 11 a.m. kickoff for the second straight week and the third time this season.
