800 Park Condominiums Adds 30 Units, Commercial Center for Seven Businesses
Demolished site ready for construction
Upscale condos and a new commercial center will soon change the landscape on College Hill Road across from Skymart and next to Patsy Park.
According to Jan Cauthen, a realtor who handles the development, 801 Park is adding 30 new units on property west of the current development on College Hill Road.
“The current 800 Park building includes 27 units. The new buildings will each offer 15 units that will range from 1520 to 1850 square feet,” Cauthen said.

A building which once housed Bikini Beer, located next to Whiskey Still Package and Mink’s, has been demolished. The bulldozers are clearing land for both condo and commercial expansion.
Cauthen said the building which formerly housed Whiskey Still Package and Mink’s will be renovated and new construction will add five more business spaces.
The commercial center will be on the east side of College Hill Road, facing the Airport Road intersection where Skymart is located.
