Oxford Crime Report: Wednesday, June 3
Oxford police responded to the following incidents: four suspicious activities, four alarms, three petit larcenies, two disturbances, two malicious mischief, a shoplifting, a welfare concern, harassing phone calls, a careless driving, an animal complaint, a fire department assist, and a recovered property.
Oxford police investigated three wrecks, issued 35 traffic citations and made one arrest for disturbing the peace.
University police responded to the following incidents: five vehicle stops, two moving violations, and a disturbance at Campus Walk.
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following call: a person stuck on the elevator due to a power outage at 9:58 a.m. at the Oxford Library.
