Lee Habeeb Gives Tour of New Radio Station Near Oxford
National radio producer Lee Habeeb has recently completed renovations on a 50-year-old house off Highway 30 that will hold the new radio station.
Habeeb said his wife, Valerie, is the one who renovated the building located at 144 Highway 30 East. “When we first got it in January it had old yellow carpet,” Habeeb said as he motioned around the gleaming wooden floors in its place.

The radio controls sit on two solid wooden desks styled to look like a slab of cut tree in front of comfortable chairs. Habeeb said, “I want this station to feel like a place where people can hang out and tell stories.” He joked that it could be a part hunting lodge.
Habeeb has a vision: He wants storytellers from all over America from published writers to funny story tellers at family reunions. To him, the radio station could be a place where people could sit back and enjoy each other’s company.
He said the tryouts for the show last month were a success. Habeeb said, “We’ll have more tryouts every two months.”
The radio show will air this summer so keep an eye or ear out for the news.

I simply lover this! I was blessed and fortunate enough to watch this place come to life!! And I must say that it looks simply fantastic!!!
