Graceland Too was the home and eclectic “museum” of the late Paul MacLeod, who passed away on July 17, 2014. For nearly 25 years, MacLeod opened his 161- year-old antebellum home to the public, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Fueled by a seemingly endless supply of Coca-Cola, MacLeod entertained hundreds of thousands of Elvis Presley fans, college students, curious travelers and the occasional celebrity. Visitors to Graceland Too were awed by MacLeod’s Elvis Presley memorabilia and entertained by MacLeod’s unconventional guided tours.

In January of 2015, Spur K Auctions, a licensed Mississippi auction group, held a public auction at Graceland Too, at which all of Paul MacLeod’s vehicles (including MacLeod’s famous pink Cadillac) were sold. An online bidder purchased all of the remaining personal items for over $50,000; however, an error made by the online bidding company resulted in that bid being negated.

Graceland Too itself, which was the antebellum “Bryant House” before Paul MacLeod opened Graceland Too, was not sold at the first auction and remains for sale.

Spur K Auctions will be holding the Graceland Too “Redo” Auction on Saturday, May 2, starting at 10 a.m. A preview day is scheduled for Friday, May 1, from 2 to 7 p.m. The auction will again be held at Graceland Too. Hundreds of pieces of Elvis Presley memorabilia and original Paul MacLeod artwork will be sold at the auction.

Unlike the original auction, all Graceland Too lots will be sold individually, with plenty of opportunities for Paul MacLeod and Elvis Presley fans to go home with a piece of Graceland Too. In addition, all bids will occur in person at Graceland Too. No online bidding will be accepted.
