Ole Miss Travels into Fayetteville to Face Arkansas

Ole Miss hits the road to take on the Arkansas Razorbacks in Fayetteville Saturday night. Tip off is slated for 8:30 p.m. on ESPNU.

Ole Miss is looking to rebound after dropping a tough fought game to LSU on Wednesday night by the score of 75-71. The loss gave the Rebels a 1-2 mark in the SEC and 10-6 overall.

Senior M.J. Rhett scored a career-high 15 points against the Bayou Bengals.

The Rebels lead the nation at 78.9 percent from the free throw line.

Arkansas is ranked 19th in the nation with a 13-3 record and 2-1 mark in the SEC. Tennessee got the best of the Razorbacks on Tuesday night as they defeated them 74-69.

Sophomore Bobby Portis leads his team in scoring as he averages 18.0 a game. Junior Michael Qualls is second on the team in scoring as he is hitting 15.8 ppg.

Tomorrow when these two teams tip the ball off it will be the 73rd meeting between the two schools on the hardwood. Arkansas holds the advantage 42-30. Although the Rebels have won 22 of the last 30 meetings.
