Trezevant Realty Announces Exciting Upgrades at Parkway Centre
Trezevant Reality is commercially developing a new subdivision extension — part of Parkway Centre — that has already set aside lots for business residents, including spaces sold for an eye clinic, insurance facility and dental practice.
Construction will begin in January on the buildings located on the North side of the project where Eric Randle, Joel Bell and Andrew Ross will operate their respective businesses, located in buildings 1,2 and 3 at the north end of the artist’s rendition above. Grand openings should follow six to seven months later.
Parkway Centre is located just south of Anderson Road and east of West Oxford Loop.
Trezevant Realty handled the marketing, design and layout in partnership with Strawhat Properties, LLC. Oxford Loop Properties, LLC is the developer.
Parkway Centre buildings A,B, G and H are completed and fully leased.
“The southern most driveway will be utilized to gain access to the new shopping center call Oxford Galleria II, previously announced by your e-publication, said John Trezevant, owner of Trezevant Reality. “We’re designing some smaller freestanding office buildings to meet the demands for businesses desiring to own or lease their buildings and to have a duplex adjoining them for investment and future expansion. Straw Hat Contractors is handling the building construction and ArchitectWong International is the architect.”
Trezevant adds that his company’s development projects have experienced tremendous growth, adding dental, medical supplies, eye care, insurance, pharmaceutical sales, investment, anesthesia, rehab, plastic surgery, family medical, real estate, psychology and psychiatry offices. When fully built out, the project will consist of 100,000 square feet of professional workplaces. By Spring 2016, the growth in the immediate trade area will include a million square feet of retail, dining, hospitality, office and entertainment with a mix of national and local enterprises.
