Oxford Daily Crime Report for Monday, Oct. 6
Devin Martin On Monday, Oxford investigators arrested Devin Martin of Abbeville. This was a result of the victim signing charges on the subject after he posted inappropriate messages. His bond was set at $2,500.
Oxford police responded to the following incidents: three disturbances, four suspicious activities, two welfare concerns, a house burglary on Zilla Avent, malicious mischief, two petit larcenies, lost property, false pretense, four alarms and one improper parking call.
Oxford police investigated three wrecks, issued 20 citations, and made arrests for the following charges: simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, minor in possession, DUI and possession of marijuana and false pretense.
Oxford police discovered no code enforcement violations.
