Oxford Man Charged With Felony Domestic Violence
On Nov. 15, the Oxford Police Department took a walk-in report of domestic violence.
After an investigation, Chad Blackmon, 42, of Oxford, was charged with domestic violence—aggravated assault.
Blackmon was taken in front of a Municipal Court judge for his initial bond hearing of $100,000.
