Man Charged With Allegedly Using Stolen Credit Cards
An Oxford man was arrested Monday for allegedly using credit cards that did not belong to him.
According to the Oxford Police Department, the victim walked into OPD and filed a report of stolen debit/credit cards and unauthorized purchases being made on these cards.
After an investigation, it was determined the suspect was Michael Fulkerson, 22, of Oxford. Affidavits were filed for four counts of felony credit card fraud and an arrest warrant was issued for his arrest.
On Tuesday, Fulkerson was located at his residence and arrested. He was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $5,000 bond.
