4. Authorize the approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting on September 3, 2019 and the Recess Meeting on September 12, 2019. (Ashley Atkinson)
5. Authorize the approval of accounts for all city departments.
6. Consider the consent agenda:

  • Request permission for the Mayor and Chief Operations Officer to travel to Washington, DC on October 22-24, 2019 for meetings concerning BUILD and WRDA at an estimated cost of $2,976.00. (Bart Robinson)
  • Request permission for an employee to attend the MTA 2019 Governor’s Conference on Tourism on September 22-24, 2019 in Columbus, MS at an estimated cost of $750.00. (Hayden Guest)
  • Request permission for a Planner to attend the American Planning Association Fall Policy and Advocacy Conference on September 21-25, 2019 in Washington, DC at an estimated cost of $981.00 (to be reimbursed by Mississippi APA). (Ben Requet)
  • Request approval for Morgan Gusella to intern with the Oxford Police Department for the Fall 2019 Semester. (Jeff McCutchen)

9. Announce a vacancy on the Pathways Commission.
10. Announce a vacancy on the Tree Board.
11. Adopt a proclamation for Constitution Week on behalf of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
12. Request permission to transfer a vehicle from the County Transit Department to Lafayette County. (Arledia Bennett)
13. Request permission to advertise for bids for the installation of turf on Quad C at mTrade Park (formerly FNC Park). (Brad Freeman/Seth Gaines)

19. Third reading and vote on a proposed Ordinance with modifications to the City of Oxford Municipal Code Chapter Chapter 54-21, Historic Preservation, Composition and Terms. (Ben Requet)
20. Request permission to approve a Final Plat (Amended) for Case #2517, Country Club Plat Amendment, Lots 35, 38, 47, and 37, for property located at 306 Country Club Road, being further identified as PPIN 5697. (Gray Parker)
