  3. Approve minutes of regular meeting on June 17, 2019 and recessed meeting on June 19, 21, 25 and 27, 2019.
  4. Accept jail meal log and affidavit from Jail Administrator per section 19-25-74.
  5. Approve claims docket for claim numbers 4018-4247.

  1. Consent Agenda:
  • Approve 2019 Real and Personal Tax rolls (Sylvia Baker)
  • Spread on the minutes the MS Department of Revenue Certificate indicating compliance with filing Recapitulation of Real and Personal Tax Rolls.  (Sylvia Baker)
  • Announce Alan Hall as the recipient of MAS 2019 scholarship.
  • Authorize travel for two 911 operators to the 2019 MS 911 Fall Training Seminar in Tunica, MS on October 7-10, 2019.  (Sheriff Hill)
  • Authorize deletion of fixed assets from inventory.  (Lisa Carwyle)
  • Award term bid for CRS2.  (Lisa Carwyle)
  • Authorize travel for three Justice Court Clerks to MJCCA Annual Convention in Natchez, MS on September 4-6, 2019.  (Jill Carwyle)

  • Spread on the minutes the disallowance of Homestead Exemption for homeowners.  (Sherry Wall)
  • Spread on the minutes payment to the Chancery Clerk in the amount of $10,850.00 for the May term of court.  (Sherry Wall)
  • Spread on the minutes payment to Chancery Clerk for attendance of meetings in June in the amount of $80.00.  (Sherry Wall)
  • Approve President to sign documents related to County Road 317 EWP Project. (Larry Britt)
