OPD officers made the following arrests:
1 DUI
1 DUI, possession of a fake ID and failure to obey an officer
1 possession of drug paraphernalia and having one headlight

Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made no arrests, investigated one wreck and the following reports:

University Police Department investigated three wrecks and one reports of a suspicious vehicle.

Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
7:02 a.m. – Residential College South – a booster motor for the hot water heater system overheated and smoked up the mechanical closet and area outside it
2:03 p.m. – Haven House area – caller advised that lightning struck something and was smoking – no smoke found
