Oxford Police Department investigated three wrecks and the following reports:

2 loud music complaints
3 motorist assists

OPD officers made the following arrests:
1 running a red light, DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia
1 littering
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made no arrests, investigated one wreck and the following reports:
1 alarm

1 civil matter

1 harassment
1 malicious mischief
1 reckless driving
6 service calls
1 sexual assault
2 suspicious activities

1 911 hang-up
University Police Department conducted seven traffic stops and responded to a disturbance and medical call.
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
10:53 a.m. – 187 Pegues Road – medical call – performed CPR until EMS arrived
11:26 a.m. – 210 South 5th Street – call canceled
5:14 p.m. – 27 Effie Circle – hit and run call – there was no incident upon arrival
7:10 p.m. – Hooper Hollow #4102 – detector beeping – low battery
