Buffalo Wild Wings and El Agave, both located in the Oxford Galleria I Shopping Center, posted signs outside their doors with a disclaimer – Alcoholic Beverage Permit Suspended.
The enforcement period started Monday, June 3 at 10 a.m., and no alcohol sales will be allowed until 10 a.m. on Monday, June 10.
Both restaurants are still open to the public during the enforcement period.
At the time of publication, an ABC Enforcement Agent had not responded to Hottytoddy.com as to why the permits were suspended. However, Toriana Young of Mississippi’s Alcohol Beverage Control office in Clinton confirmed both restaurants still have valid liquor licenses.
