Ole Miss Coaches Coming to Washington D.C., Clarksdale
Headlined by Ole Miss head football coach Matt Luke and basketball coach Kermit Davis, the BancorpSouth Rebel Road Trip comes to Clarksdale and Washington D.C. in June. Visit www.rebelroadtrip.com for tickets and full details.
On Tuesday, June 18, the eighth-annual speaking tour, which also features Ole Miss Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics Ross Bjork and other university leaders, will stop by Ground Zero Blues Club at 5:30 p.m. CT, and food will be served.
The D.C. event will take place Thursday, June 20 at the Homer Building lobby and will be hosted by the BGR Group. The RRT meeting will start at 6 p.m. ET and will kick off the weekend’s “Mississippi on the Mall” festivities.
The BancorpSouth Rebel Road Trip (#RRT19) is in the midst of a 14-stop caravan, which included trips to Chattanooga, Nashville, Houston (TX) and seven Mississippi towns in April. The tour will conclude with stops in Memphis on July 15 and Jackson (MS) on July 16.
In addition to the speakers, the meetings include autograph opportunities, photo booths, official merchandise, football posters, an exciting video look at the university and information tables for the Athletics Foundation and the Alumni Association.
In its first seven years, the BancorpSouth Rebel Road Trip visited 40 markets and nearly 25,000 fans. The tour has touched 10 states and such major metropolitan cities as Birmingham, Charlotte, Dallas, New Orleans and New York City, among others.
