OPD officers made the following arrests:

1 DUI and no headlights
1 DUI-second and no headlights
1 domestic violence with simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia
1 minor in possession of alcohol
1 minor in possession of alcohol and a fake ID
1 petty theft and possession of drug paraphernalia
3 possessions of drug paraphernalia
1 possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, expired tag and no tag light
1 possession of a schedule 1 drug
3 public drunks
1 public drunk and disturbing the peace
1 public drunk, disturbing the peace and trespassing
1 shoplifting
1 simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia
1 suspended driver’s license
1 warrant served and one headlight
